I had a fantastic experience working with both Mickele, my salesperson, and the finance team member, Todd. Mickele was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and p my salesperson, and the finance team member, Todd. Mickele was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. He didn't pressure me and even offered to find a vehicle that met my budget and requirements, even though it was not the first one we looked at. Todd was also very helpful and transparent, explaining all the financing options in a way that was easy to understand. The entire process, from finding the car to getting the financing, was smooth and stress-free thanks to their teamwork. I would highly recommend this dealership and, specifically, Mickele and Todd to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
