My car has been at this dealership service department for over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out what is happening with my car. They charged 2 diagnostic fees of $280 totaling almost $600. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!! I expected more from a manufacturer service department considering the amount of money they charge for working on your car. I am highly disappointed, and my experience has been low end backyard garage level with these people. As it stands, I still have no car and no definite ETA on my car. More

Worst experience ever. I wanted to pay cash, but they wouldn't honor the advertised price unless I financed the vehicle. They added LoJack, paint protector, and undercoating for an extra $1900 that could not be removed and was on top of the advertised price. They gave me no option but to e-sign all of the documents on my phone where I couldn't read what I was signing and they declined to summarize each document for me as I requested. They tried to put the mileage of the truck being purchased on the affidavit for the car we were trading in, which was lower by 30,000 miles. After purchasing, we found the windshield washer spray was not working and they refused to fix it. I would have walked out, but my son had done a lot of research and really wanted this vehicle, and I didn't want to sorely disappoint him when we had driven so far to get this. I would never deal with these people again. More

I really didn’t have much contact with this dealership, I called them in the morning and made the deal on the phone and picked up the Jeep in the afternoon. One issue I do have is that I was forced to purchase a low jack system and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I bought the vehicle and I’ve yet to have the dealership register my name with Low Jack as the new owner of the vehicle.
