Avoid this dealership at all costs. I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, and it’s clear this business is more interested in playing games than providing honest I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, and it’s clear this business is more interested in playing games than providing honest service. I couldn’t have been more clear in my communication. I reached out through both their direct contact and Autotrader, providing all the necessary details — cash purchase, zip code for tax purposes, and a simple request: “Please send me your best out-the-door price.” on a particular used SUV. Different dealerships have wildly different fees so the price can be a few thousand more or ten thousand more than the listed price. Not only did I ask them to email this quote, but I also emphasized it multiple times. The next day, I got a call (despite specifically requesting an email). Fine, I’m willing to be patient, so I explained everything again. What followed was an absolute circus. The guy on the phone asked me questions I had already answered, wasted my time with irrelevant discussions about financing, and ignored my clear request for a written price. Finally, he outright refused to give me the information I asked for, insisting I “had to come in” to get a price. What? You are selling something but won't tell me for how much? This is a massive red flag. Any legitimate business should be transparent with pricing, and refusing to provide an out-the-door price is a huge warning sign. At this point, I told him I was no longer interested and asked for no further contact. After explaining my intention to end the conversation at least five times, I finally hung up. They continued to contact me. My frustration led me to email multiple managers to explain the situation, hoping for a simple apology and/or the requested quote. Instead of a manager reaching out, I was bombarded with additional emails, voicemails, and phone calls by unaware salespeople asking if I was still interested. When I finally answered one of their calls, I was met with the same runaround: they insisted on running my credit despite me paying cash, continued to refuse to give me a price, and demanded I come in to “negotiate.” The agent then had the audacity to get rude and tell me, “You want a price? $58,000. That's retail. That’s the price. If you want to come in and finance, it’ll drop the price.” (listed price is $46,000.) This is beyond unprofessional. Not only are they refusing to give an upfront price, but they’re also playing games and treating potential customers with complete disrespect. From the shady tactics to the complete lack of accountability, this dealership is one to avoid. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that respects your time and your intelligence. From the sales floor to the management, their behavior is deeply questionable. More
