Regular service appoinment I came in for my regular service appointment. I arrived early, but the took my car immediately. After a couple of questions, I went to the waiting are I came in for my regular service appointment. I arrived early, but the took my car immediately. After a couple of questions, I went to the waiting area. I waited about an hour and 10 minutes and and was told my car was ready, but it needed a 29 min. battery charge. I opted not to wait for the charge because I have a trickle charger. (Not driving a lot, I put it on the trickle charger to keep the battery charged) My service advisor, Michael Gavenda, gave me a complete explanation of the work that was done and took me to the cashier. I thanked him for a nice job and left. More

Susan is an Amazing Lady that is so very knowledgeable of all the Honda products and a genuine , caring person . Secondly Honda somehow seems to have read my mind on All of the issues I have had with the 2015 Pilot my wife had settled on .
