Thorough and honest. They have been thorough and honest during the years (about 10) we have been using them for service. We have 2 Honda Civics. Always ready on time. My only complaint is more a Honda issue. We had to have both air conditioners replaced, just before 200,000 miles. This sounds more like a defect since it happened to both Civics. But then, I expect a lot from my Hondas! More
