Fast service I’m from out of state and needed service for my new Honda CRV-EXL. I got an appointment right away and it didn’t take long. I had to leave thevParkway to close it. They left grease on my hood but I was able to clean it off. I called and explained what happened so they don’t do it to someone else. Other than that my appointment was not too bad. More

Saved by Avalon Honda. Our Accord developed some problems on a Saturday morning 200 miles from our home. We contacted Avalon Honda and was asked to bring it in, even though Our Accord developed some problems on a Saturday morning 200 miles from our home. We contacted Avalon Honda and was asked to bring it in, even though it was Saturday and they had many cars awaiting service. The service manager Ross is the most helpful service manager I have ever dealt with. Wonderful Experience I am not a fan of car shopping, is anyone??? But... Avalon Honda was totally different!! Susan was our sales rep. and she was amazing! She was patient I am not a fan of car shopping, is anyone??? But... Avalon Honda was totally different!! Susan was our sales rep. and she was amazing! She was patient, answered all our "crazy questions", and most of all never pressured us! We were able to take our time and make a decision on our time table. The process was painless. Took the time and care to help me with a flat tire Ross was amazing and so kind and helpful. Brian the tech saved the day. I'm on vacation and a flat tire and even though they were super busy with al Ross was amazing and so kind and helpful. Brian the tech saved the day. I'm on vacation and a flat tire and even though they were super busy with all of their regular (and lucky) clients, there were a few minutes where Ross asked Brian to help me and he went on the ground, pushed the tire around, really took more time and care than my dealership at home. I might switch to this service location all the time even though it is 2 hours away but that's how impressed I am. More
