Dillon Imboden was amazing! I cannot speak his praises more. My family was driving through on vacation for the weekend when our fuel tank fell out under our GMC Yukon. We called AutoWorld Chevrolet and Dillon did everything he could to help us. He ended up driving himself down the road with a tech to see how he could help and ended up getting the car to a place safe to drive to the shop. It was a Saturday and the service department was about to close, but Dillon got the car on a lift, fixed the issue and double checked the fuel tank, tires and overall vehicle inspection. It was not a convenient time, and especially on a Saturday, when he could be home but he went above and beyond to help my family out. I would highly recommend this dealerships service department, more specifically Dillon Imboden. More

We had transmission trouble while on our way back home to Florida. Autoworld was the closest dealership to our location and they were wonderful. Have bee searching for a 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 and was looking almost all over the country and I came across AutoWorld. The price on the truck had a line through it so I thought there would be a discounte looking almost all over the country and I came across AutoWorld. The price on the truck had a line through it so I thought there would be a discounted price and emailed them. They responded with a price that reflected no discounts. I thanked them and went about my business. About 4 hours later I received a phone call from Daniel Medlin asking me what I wanted to pay and gave me his cell phone number. Emailed them and told them I didn't want to insult the dealership with a lowball price so I asked for their best price. They came back with a figure that included a VERY nice trade offer. I counter offered and they accepted. It was worth the 2 hour drive one way to get this deal. Scott Tiner in finance was easy to work with. I believe I got the best deal I could on a great truck. More

Pathetic, Lazy and late. I traveled to Mineral wells buick gmc chevy in hopes of buying a dodge tradesman. The sales guy was young but nice. We took a dodge truck out while mine was being appraised and it was ok, nothing special and stock. I was considering the vehicle and waited around for about an additional 30-40 mins while my truck was supposed to be getting appraised. I couldn’t wait any longer after an hour and a half plus of handing my keys over. I requested the sales guy call me with the appraisal and he agreed. This never happened. I called three days later and told the receptionist or whomever that i was never contacted, she said ok we’ll get back with you. Never happened. The sales guy texted me a week or two later and asked if i was still interested, i said sure what’s my appraisal. He didn’t know. He never called back. 3 MONTHS LATER, i get some piece of mail saying they want my truck for 11k (i paid 32k two years ago). I understand dealerships lowball but that offer is just hwy robbery, unserious and pathetic. I’ve gotten 2 appraisals since i was there for between 17-18.5k and all were done within 30 mins of requesting. This place is unorganized, slow, I’ll prepared, rookie sales, ghost management and xxxx poor quotes. Don’t go it’s a complete and utter waste of time and money. More
