Buying a used car is very scary, not knowing what you may get. Autowise is upfront with their CarFax reports, servicing of the vehicles and allowing customers to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchasing. This transaction was very transparant, and we felt like the staff really does care about their customers. I received a call back from Tracy to make sure I got home ok because I was driving in a bad rain storm. Her phone call was very much appreiated. Thank you Tracy, Ashley, Spencer, Jose, Kris and staff for all your help with our car purchase. We love the car and hope to have many years of driving pleasure. More

We bought a car from AutoWise on October 6, 2022. The staff was friendly and helpful with the titling and licensing. However, when they showed us the final cost of the car it was $800 more than we ex The staff was friendly and helpful with the titling and licensing. However, when they showed us the final cost of the car it was $800 more than we expected. The extra $800 was their “service charge”. I don’t know if this is standard in Florida, but I never remember such a high charge in the cars that we have bought in other states. Another unfortunate surprise we got was the spare key/fob that they provided did not work. We tried several times to get them to provide a working spare key, but their position was they never promised two keys. More
