I had several issues that needed to be looked at with my car. When I showed up to drop my car off they had a courtesy car ready for me and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The next day I got a call with what they found and approved the repairs. They explained that they needed to order some of the parts. Two days later they called to tell me the car was ready. When I went to pick up my car I was happily surprised to find that the technician Bill addressed another small issue that wasn't even on the list of things to look at and I wasn't charged for it. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Thank you Jeff (Service Writer), Bill (Technician), and Steve (Manager)! More

The service staff was very friendly and efficient. While waiting I checked out the newer models. I met Steve who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressure, which has been my experience in the past .Steve was very friendly and patient with me explaining the features. I ask him to run some numbers and get back to me, I returned that evening to test drive the car. They did not have the color I would be interested in so Steve located one for me. Needless to say I bought a new 2019 and it was the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. From the service department to sales the process was efficient and simple. I don't remember the service personnel's name but the fact that they were so efficient and friendly actually made the experience one in which prompted me to buy from this dealer. More

Crooks that charge an arm and a leg They tried to charge me a $135 to change the bulbs for my license plate light. Telling me they had to take the whole trunk apart. xxxxxxxx! I did it myself for under 15 minutes, it was tight to get to but nothing had to be taken apart. Beware when you go there, they're very money hungry and have no integrity. More

I called first and the service lady Dana told me how to retrieve it and when I have the numbers they needed. They would be able to give me the codes for free.. I was not able to get them so I had to go to the dealer. I went there and the spoke to Matt at service who tried also. For some reason it could not be retrieved in the easy manner. So we talked and I need to do the timing belt on my car anyway. He told me the price. He gave me a coupon for the work and retrieved my codes for free. They also had a CHOICE of loaner cars. Which do to my work schedule I would not be able to return for a few days. There was no hassle no fuss and that was very very helpful. My car was done the same day. For the price quoted, washed and vacuumed. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning, my car was done Wednesday evening and I was able to return the loaner car on Monday without a problem!! Their staff was very professional and the waiting area was clean and very inviting with a full assortment of food, juice and water. I would recommend everyone to do business there as they have gained a loyal customer in me. More

I brought my car into Acura of Denville without and appointment, I was taking in immediately. Sorry if I did not get the correct spelling of the three people that made my experience well worth it. They were Michael Fazio, Dana Skinner, and Matt Decico. I hate all car dealerships, this place changed my way of thinking. No appointments, car fixed, free wifi, the car was cleaned inside and out after the work was performed, and the starter was covered under warranty. I am not used to walking out of a dealership happy, without paying a small fortune, and I never took my time out to write a review. Acura of Denville is a class act, it is the only dealership I would ever purchase a vehicle from. I am impossible to please, Acura of Denville is the best in my book. More
My wife has been to Denville Acura 6 times in the past 5 months to fix 2 issues (both under warranty). During her first visit, she was told they needed to order the part. During her second visit Denville months to fix 2 issues (both under warranty). During her first visit, she was told they needed to order the part. During her second visit Denville did the repair. A few weeks later the same issue occured with the same part. She set an appointment and went back to the dealer. During the appt, they told her they needed to re-order the part. This is 4 visits for something that I believe many dealerships would have taken care of in one visit. A different part broke a few months later, so we went back hoping they would be on the ball this time. They told her they needed to order the part again. During her 6th visit, the car was fixed. We've decided this was the last straw and will not be returning to Denville. Nice people, but totally unprepared. More
