Hello, Adrian has been trying to reach out to your wife and has been unable to reach her. Our first priority is to make sure her battery and charging system is indeed safe for the winter and we can check it at her convenience. We also apologize for any confusion during the time of the call as its very hard to determine what is wrong with a vehicle over the phone and that is why we point all customers to calling roadside assistance so we can repair their vehicle at the store.
