I had the worst costumer service experience from one of their service employees. His name is Adrian. My Acura MDX went in for an oil consumption recall. When I got my car back less than 2 days later it seemed fine. A day later, I am driving and the car lets out a loud bang noise and a lot of smoke and just shuts down. I call service and let them know, they promptly came and towed my car back to the dealer. The next day, they inform it that they placed a “defective” piston in my car and it will take them at least a week to fix it back up. I told them ok, as long as it can be fixed I was fine. About a week and a half later, I finally get my car back. Of course, I am extremely nervous after what happened and I don’t drive the car far or often. Two weeks later my car shuts down and I am tired of all these problems since the dealer took my car for a recall it’s been one thing after the other. I have had the car for three years and never had a problem with it. When the car shut down, I thought it could have been something from the recall because of what happened I felt the car would never be the same. I called the dealer to ask if they know any information regarding the car, such as anything they saw when they took the engine apart to fix it. They connect me with Adrain and he was extremely rude and said it’s probably just the battery since it’s not an Acura battery and that he is not my service manager so in other words stop calling him about my car. I called road side assistance and low and behold it wasn’t the battery. Their service department incompetence forgot to tighten the bolt on the cover of the battery so it got loose and the cover lifted and resulted in the battery losing connection. I didn’t need a new battery or a jump, they just tightened the bolt. Thanks for nothing, maybe Adrian needs to be in a different line of work. More

Always A Nice Time! Most people would complain about having to wait for their car to be serviced. Not at Acura of Denville! The staff is so nice, the environment is clean, and the refreshments are aplenty. They explain all work needed/done AND you can use accrued Acura points to pay for the service! To top it off, they return your car washed! More

Great experience from start to finish From calling to make my appointment until I picked my car up, everything went silky smooth. I had several issues that needed to be looked at with my car. When I showed up to drop my car off they had a courtesy car ready for me and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The next day I got a call with what they found and approved the repairs. They explained that they needed to order some of the parts. Two days later they called to tell me the car was ready. When I went to pick up my car I was happily surprised to find that the technician Bill addressed another small issue that wasn't even on the list of things to look at and I wasn't charged for it. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Thank you Jeff (Service Writer), Bill (Technician), and Steve (Manager)! More

The service staff was very friendly and efficient. While waiting I checked out the newer models. I met Steve who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressure, which has been my experience in the past .Steve was very friendly and patient with me explaining the features. I ask him to run some numbers and get back to me, I returned that evening to test drive the car. They did not have the color I would be interested in so Steve located one for me. Needless to say I bought a new 2019 and it was the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. From the service department to sales the process was efficient and simple. I don't remember the service personnel's name but the fact that they were so efficient and friendly actually made the experience one in which prompted me to buy from this dealer. More
