Was in for service getting an oil change when their general manager Frank approached me and requested a moment of my time. I did not buy my RDX from them but that was because they did not have the on general manager Frank approached me and requested a moment of my time. I did not buy my RDX from them but that was because they did not have the one I wanted in stock and I needed the car immediately. Frank was very professional. He wanted to make sure the sales team did whatever they could to help me when I was looking and reassured me that he will help me anytime I need anything from the dealership.
