I went in to check my windshield wiper fluid. Mark greeted me in Service and was extremely helpful and diligent. He was able to figure out that my fluid levels were fine but my motor for the wind Mark greeted me in Service and was extremely helpful and diligent. He was able to figure out that my fluid levels were fine but my motor for the windshield wiper fluid was malfunctioning. He put an order for a new part, and they will call me once the part is ready to be installed. Mark was very efficient and had me in and out of the Service Dept. in less than 10 min. Thank you Mark!
