I have owned many Acura's over the years. I have bought them from various local dealerships.I am always looking for the best deal.I always end up at Acura of Denville.They have always been very straight fo them from various local dealerships.I am always looking for the best deal.I always end up at Acura of Denville.They have always been very straight forward and upfront,and have always followed thru on all their promises.On my last occassion I bought a 2010 tl. I had shopped around to other dealerships in the area.Steve was the first salesmen I had to deal with,right from the start I felt very confortable with him. he seemed very honest and sincere. he gave me a lease payment on the car after I had told him I was looking for his best price. I was going to buy from the dealer who hadv the best price.A few days later I went to another local dealer and spent much time with the salesman? and was never given a final price. after numerous complaints and many visits from 2 different managers I was finally given a price which was pretty much the same as the one fom the first salesman Steve.I really did't like haven to spend all this wasted time just to get his best price.I would also question the salesmans knowledge of his product.because there were times when he could't answer some of my questions which was basic to the car.I would like to thank the people at Acura of Denville for being so professional in their approach to the sales experience keep up the good work. They have been extremely loyal to us and we feel a similar sense of loyalty to their dealership despite that there are other Acura retailers closer to our home. I was looking for a Certifed Pre-Owned MDX. I checked out the impressive website and contacted the dealership. Within 20 minutes I got a call from Gary Legora, who is the Pre-owned Vehicle Manager. He was ve the impressive website and contacted the dealership. Within 20 minutes I got a call from Gary Legora, who is the Pre-owned Vehicle Manager. He was very courteous and discussed a few vehciles there that met my criteria. He was up front about the pricing and gave us a very fair price on the MDX we liked. A day later I drove home in the perfect vehicle and am happy to report that we have had absolutely zero issues with the car since. Thanks Gary! More

Historically the service here as not been good. When I first bought my 2005 RL, there were constant problems. Disorganized. Cars not ready when promised. No followup. 3 years. Appointments not being kept. Not being contacted when car is ready. They've improved alot, though it can still be improved further. I have still had situations in the current year where I was told car was ready, came down, problem wasn't fixed. Also had part ordered but was never told that it was in until I came down. Or having an appointment which needed a part, but didn't find out until that day that the part wasn't in yet. These communication issues are annoying. Still, they have improved alot over the past couple of years. Service manager tries hard. At least one technician there seems to know something about the car. Rating used to be a "1". Now I put it in the middle somewhere, though I do hear friends of mine with absolutely glowing reports about their Acura service and, according to surveys, Acura rates very high. So I have to give this a "3". Still not sure if I would recommend the dealership for repair or service. More
This is my second buy for an Acura TL from this dealership. The best thing about them, they are not pushing, I hate that part at other dealerships. somehow when you start bargaining, some dealershi dealership. Also the most important thing is the finance option, which lots of dealer take advantage for; like giving you some excuse to increase the APR but Acura of Denville gave me the best APR available in the market. Since I live in Philadelphia I went only once for servicing to them and they were extremely patient with my complaint of rough ride, I guess that was my problem since I drive a Mercedes E350 and the ride is a bit rough in TL. I'm not sure if other sales person are different but the one I dealt with was the best. I had been involved in more than 100 purchases for my friends and families for buying a car from research to delivery but this has been the best dealership I encountered so far. More

No customer service picked car with no gas and was left in the cold outside dealership with no one showing how the car even work, I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I went into this dealership prepared to purchase a 2007 RDX. No games to haggleing.... not only were the salesmen & The Finance & Insurance Manager Rude..they could care less about customer service. This place is so back in time that every time you call the phone rings between 5-10 times before they answer, when they answer they normally ask you to hold on for a second,that last about 2-5 minutes.
