I was shopping for a used vehicle for my son and came across a used Sonata. The sales person was not "pushy" and ask if we would like to take the car for a test drive. We drove the car and liked it. It was the perfect vehicle for him and the price was not that bad. He came back with a price that we could afford. We went back two days later to pick it up and he went over all the options and features the automobile was equipt with. We praise not only the dealership but our sales rep too. i started shopping for a new rdx tech awd two weeks ago, first went to springfield acura. i will never be back to that dealer again, the price negotiation took too long and the final price was not good at first went to springfield acura. i will never be back to that dealer again, the price negotiation took too long and the final price was not good at all, also they were telling me that they could only do a good price on a 2010 rdx, which i found out that they didn't have anyway. i called bridgewater acura and denville acura next. the person i spoke with at bridgewater acura did not get back to me until 6 hours later, Michael at denville gave me an amazing price after only 10 minutes and one phone call. the price that michael quoted me beat bridgwater by $70. I went and signed the paperwork and the car was delivered to me yesterday. the whole process was the best i have ever had. having dealt with mazda, nissa, in the past, those experiances were horrible. Michael exceeded my expectations and i will always do business with denville acura. Again, this was the best experiance i have ever had. thank you More

So I took a chanch and tried Acura of Denville, and I must say say it was a entirely different experience from the time I walked in I was greeted immediately and was introduced to Steve Victor who was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the mdx which I was interested in.He seemed very honest and I happened to notice many awards that he had received over the years and I could see that he had been with Acura of Denville for a long time. which I like.I look forward to doing business with him in the future.
