I am looking for a 2007 used MDX and have been shopping around. My first stop before thinking about buying a car was choosing a respectful dealer (thank you dealer rater). They take the time to respond to every single comment and that is a great customer service. This is the second Acura dealer that I will visit this week and I will defiantly rate both dealers after I visit AOD today. I was approached and greeted very friendly at the dealership and did not feel pressured to answer questions about buying or not. When leaving the first time I was introduced to Michael Bailey by Mic dealership and did not feel pressured to answer questions about buying or not. Like most customers, when the car was not available at the dealership and it took more time than I thought it should; I shopped the price. I the kind of person that dreads new car shopping and pressure salesman and that infamous, I have to check with my sales manager for final price. As a business person, I find that whole process archaic and frustrating. So this time, I switched to a straight internet pricing approach from three dealers. I must say that this was an incredibly straightforward and simple experience. I had my offers within a day, I selected the lowest who was Acura and Denville, made a deposit over the phone and picked up my vehicle 2 days later. I will also say a special thank you to Holley. Competent, courteous and well organized. It only required a single call and a few emails to have my paperwork complete. When it came to picking up the vehicle, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Simply outstanding experience. I look forward to recommending Holley and Denville to colleagues. More
