This is the fifth Acura we've purchased from Pete Spiro. Obviously, we believe Acura to be a superior product but we also keep returning to Acura of Denville because of Pete. We were considering another TL but this would have been our fifth one in a row and my wife was thinking about going with something different this time. It was Pete who informed us about the 2013 RDX that was veing introduced this Spring and how much improved it would be. He was very enthusiastic about the car so we decided to wait for it to see how it looked and drove. Following our test drive my wife agreed it was the change she was looking for and we order one. We picked it up last week and my wife loves it. Pete did a great job showing us all the features and setting up the phone and garage opener. As with our other Acura purchases, Pete never disappoints. We got a letter asking us to consider turning in our leased vehicle early for a brand new car at a lower monthly rate with more of a mileage allowance. Approx 2 weeks ago I purchased a vehicle from from Acura of Denville. It was a busy saturday afternoon and it looked liked all the sales associates were all tied up assisting other customers. One of the managers asked if I was taken care of and when I told him not yet he immediately offered his assistance rather than waiting for a sales associate to free up! Right there and then I felt comfortable and willing to deal with this dealership for the first time! Luckily I ended up dealing with the pre owned mgr, Erik D., since I was looking for a certified TSX. Long story short, I took delivery a couple days after and love the car! This whole experience with Acura of Denville was effortless and satisfying from start to finish! I would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More
My husband and I had narrowed down our vehicles between two cars, pretty much the same vehicle at two different Acura dealers. 2009 MDX with navigation. We received great prices from both stores but the team at Denville seemed to take much more pride in the entire presentation. We were greeted by Mary Beth who had been our contact with the dealership and she quickly introduced us to Mark our sales person and with Erik the used car manager. All of them were extremely professional and courteous. What followed was easily the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. The vehicle looked perfect inside and out, it drove perfectly as well. They never played any of the usual car dealer games with us and that is what sealed the deal. Thanks to the team at Denville and we are loving the MDX. PS: Tell Christie that her Giants won’t repeat! More
My Search started on Autotrader. I was looking for a used BMW. I was amazed to see that an Acura dealer had a few to choose from, actually two Acura dealers had a few. Acura of Denville had the X5 available still when I called them. I met Erik the manager and within a few minutes I took a drive with one of the sales people who explained the prep work that had been done. Car had new floor mats and they cleaned up the bumper as well as there was slight damage from the last owner. They went through the car and told me everything that had been done in their shop. Met with Christine in the finance office and she got me a really good deal with the bank. The entire process was pretty quick as well, that helped considering I came in from NYC and didn't want to be at a delaership all day with the back and forth... I have to say that I was not expecting to buy the X5 from an Acura dealer but I am very happy that I ended up there. Thanks!! Great Job!! Excellent Staff!!! More

We were then thrown a plate to take the vehicle for a ride and Vinny started spewing numbers as soon as we got back to the dealership. Bottom line, we walked away from the deal over a $675 difference on a $35,000 vehicle with 1,750 miles on it. It almost seems like we were pre-judged before we even got into the dealership. This was my son's first car buying experience and he invited me along for my past experience in the business. He told me not to expect much in the way of service based on his prior experience in having his previous Acura serviced at this dealership. He was a bit disillusioned and wanted to go home. I told him to take a chance on another Acura Dealership. Our treatment was like night and day. He left with a brand new vehicle in the same price range, and it had only 3 miles on it. The icing on the cake was the email he received from Vinny when he got home with his new car, greeting him by the wrong name. Acura of Denville will never see any of out friends and family again for either Sales or Service. We're going to drive the extra miles to Wayne, Kudos to the Ryan Automotive Group for their Unparalleled Sales and Service. More
This is my third Acura purchase but my first purchase at Acura of Denville. They beat two other offers I had from other dealers for a new TL Advanced. I was also given a fair price for my Silverado pickup a Acura of Denville. They beat two other offers I had from other dealers for a new TL Advanced. I was also given a fair price for my Silverado pickup and there were no hassles when I picked up my new vehicle. My new car salesman was Vinny Trabucca and Eric worked with me on my trade-in. Both gentleman acted in a professional manner and there were no 800 pound gorillas pressuring me to cut a deal. I love my TL Advanced and got 30 mpg on my first trip to PA yesterday, the vehicle is amazing. FYI - heard about dealership on TV ad. Tom M. More
I have had Acuras for over 20 years. I developed a problem with my 2003 TL and dropped it off at the dealer. I asked for a "loaner." He did not have one, after the weekend I asked again, they told m problem with my 2003 TL and dropped it off at the dealer. I asked for a "loaner." He did not have one, after the weekend I asked again, they told me I needed three weeks notice to get a "loaner." I can understand not getting a loaner for normal maintenance, but, this was potentially a big problem. Actually it cost $5500 to fix it, so I decided to get a new car. The sales people were great, and I had to make a decision between another Acura or a Lexus. I chose the Lexus because of the inconsiderate behavior of the Service Department. I felt badly for the sales people because they were very accommodating. Anyway, I guess my Acura days are over. By the way, Montclair Acura was always great. Angelo Pantazes More
