Please avoid this dealer! The sales team here is terrible and the only thing they care about is their commission, not the customer. I had actually purchased an Acura RDX from another dealer and went to Acura and the only thing they care about is their commission, not the customer. I had actually purchased an Acura RDX from another dealer and went to Acura of Denville because I relocated and this was now the closest one. When I walked in they were eager to help me until I told them I did not purchase the car here that is when their attitudes completely changed, they refused to help me! All I wanted was my license plates put on they refused, laughed at me for having the "nerve" to walk into a dealer I didn't purchase the vehicle at and ask for help. I was shocked! I told them with their attitudes why would I have wanted to purchase the car with them. After that statement, they did help me, partially and not without attitude. The salesman put my back license plat on for me while huffing and puffing and telling me a story about how another person came in once and asked for a new manual but he didn't purchase the car their either and how outrageous he thought that was and how he didn't want to give him one but my situation beat that one! I seriously could not believe what I was hearing, and it gets better. When he walked around to the front of the car and there was no bracket for the plate he started laughing and stated, "the idiots you bought the car from never put on the bracket sorry you're out of luck, hope you don't get pulled over but you probably will and you will get a ticket." I have never been treated like this in my life. I'm a young girl and this was my first car purchase and all I can say is that I am so thankful I didn't buy it from them. I reluctantly thanked him for putting on the back plate and said I didn't realize this would be a production and his reply was, "You should have, we work on commission." Well not only did you not get the commission sir but you also cost this dealership in future service dollars an more. I strongly caution anyone from buying a vehicle here. Please see another dealer if being treated fair and with respect is important to you! More

Steve Victor came into the picture and together with Marybeth, they were able to answer all the questions and start the process of our purchase. Once we got to the dealership everything was ready for us, Christie did all the handling of the paperwork and financing. I would say that this was one the best car buying purchase we had. This was by far my best experience buying a car. I sent a request for a quote at 4:30 PM. Marybeth emailed me the detailed quote by 6 PM. I walked into the dealer's office at 6:30 PM and had signed by 7: a request for a quote at 4:30 PM. Marybeth emailed me the detailed quote by 6 PM. I walked into the dealer's office at 6:30 PM and had signed by 7:15 PM! Got a great deal. Worked out the financing and took delivery 2 days later. No issues at all. Just a wonderful experience. More
