I have spent hours in other dealerships purchasing a car as these other dealerships will try to up sell you on warranties, scotch guard, rust protection, etc and there is just a lot of waiting around. At Autosource, they do offer a full coverage extended warranty but once you say no, they don't ask you why not, or try to sell you anything else. They do provide a 3 month 3000 warranty on the power train for no additional charge. There is no pressure whatsoever to buy a car. Benson is easy going, has the answers and is very helpful & knowledgeable about the cars I have looked at. He provided regular updates while my car was getting prepped for delivery, always answered his phone & went above & beyond to make sure I was happy. The whole buying process took about 30 minutes. This is how a car buying experience should be. I love my A6. More
