Tony Grimaldi was the salesmen that answered when I called. They didn't have it yet, but it was on it's way by end of month Tony explained and kept in regular contact with me, working out trade-in numbers over the phone. When he called me his enthusiasm was contagious, so I cut out of work early and drove down that day. I'd been looking for maybe two years at Fiesta ST's and have had a few conversations with other dealerships all of which didn't work out or we couldn't hit the numbers I wanted, so I wasn't in a huge rush. After driving the car and loving it we worked out numbers again. Chris, the finance manager, (believe this is his title & name, sorry if I'm wrong) was awesome. I'm a numbers guy and was compulsive about this car! I asked about depreciation on the Fiesta, auction prices on my trade etc, all of which he was happy to look up and show me. We came very close to where I would like to be and I felt he was being honest and even told me what they plan to make on my trade (wow right!). Long story short they called the next day, asked what I was willing to do and they met my number. I got almost all the way home before realizing I left my garage door opener in my old car (about a 40 minute drive)!!! Tony had already left a message by the time I checked my phone so I called him back. He drove, after work, to my house and dropped it off. Again, wow, amazing! Thanks again guys for setting the par for what a car purchase experience should be. Great Place to buy! Found this place through a co-worker who just bought a truck. They listened to my needs and what I could spend on the phone, gave me a couple of vehicle options, we emailed the agreed upon price, I came in that weekend, and bought it. The car needed a small fix, we made a repair appointment, they fixed it, and I was back on the road within the hour. I am very happy with my 'new' used vehicle. More
