Staff i interacted with were friendly. You should allow room in your budget for the add-on items, some of which make sense :-) . They did quickly fix a problem (which really should have been caught during inspection) which i discovered several days after driving the car off the lot. They were still nice and attentive even after they had my money, so that says something. More

One silly thing is the service waiting room has coffee provided but no trash can. Other than that seems like a tight operation. More
