It all begins with our vast inventory. We’ve recently moved our lot from Addison, Texas to Plano, in hopes of expanding both our inventory and services. Just a place to buy a used car. Salesman put forth effort helping me find a car. Was promised a first used that wasn’t turned in to service or documented on account. They just slapped some oil in it, no wash, didn’t check air in tires nothing. Just a used car lot that specializes in quick sales then down the road. Never should have left Sewell!!! More

You have to jump through hoops with the warranty they sell you. I have to go there to get service if I’m within 40 miles. The service is terrible and finally got approval to go to Jeep dealership to fix sell you. I have to go there to get service if I’m within 40 miles. The service is terrible and finally got approval to go to Jeep dealership to fix the problem after 3 weeks without my car. It is very hard to get someone to answer the phone at the service center and when I scheduled appointment online I constantly got texts and calls with people trying to sell me another car. I will never buy a warranty or any add ons in the future. More
