It was a cake walk deal for Mr Frankie but least care about the potential customer like me. Also his dont care attitude after sale is very disappointing. Total experience was absolutely horrible from start to finish I feel bad for anyone that gets Douglass as a their service advisor. I’ve never had such a poor experience in my life at a dealership as I encountered there and I really can’t even put all of this into words my take away. To make matters worse about nothing not even being fixed on my car. The day I picked it up how disgusting it looked like it was covered in dirt and mud and just been sitting up. It wasn’t washed or anything adds on more to how they didn’t care one bit. I have experienced the same issue I brought the car in for service originally for Service Electronic Throttle but all they can tell me if the codes aren’t appearing there’s nothing they do. So I don’t know if this particular car was a good choice just due it to being difficult to work on. More
