It all begins with our vast inventory. We’ve recently moved our lot from Addison, Texas to Plano, in hopes of expanding both our inventory and services. I actually got bought my car at their Plano location. My experience has been exceptional. Rassan was very straight forward and thorough. Paired me up with a fantastic BME 330i. After my purchase the service team scheduled my car for ceramic coating and also protectant for my interior. Going back early next week to get my wheels refurbished. All of this was complimentary. I was so disappointed by Autos of Dallas. I tried to buy the truck from them and they manipulated the price to be $3,000 more with all the added fees. They were not helpful, not responsive I tried to buy the truck from them and they manipulated the price to be $3,000 more with all the added fees. They were not helpful, not responsive and oddly I got the sense they didn’t care if they sold me the truck or not. I do not recommend this dealership. More
