This is by far the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. I purchased a luxury vehicle from a dealership that operates like a junk yard dealer. They lack customer service by not communicating efficiently, and they do not support customers that are experiencing issues with their purchases from their dealership. They sold me a faulty vehicle and instead of resolving the issue by coming up with with a solution they offered me another sale. The service department lacks leadership, customer service and follow through. I was told by Patrick the service manager if I was so dissatisfied with their customer service why do I continue to come back. More

Great experience with my salesman Will and the vehicle I purchased from them. The only issue I had is I noticed the day after purchase, brakes needed to be changed as they began to squeak. They absolute purchased from them. The only issue I had is I noticed the day after purchase, brakes needed to be changed as they began to squeak. They absolutely made it unrealistic for my car to be dropped off to have the brakes changed, less than two weeks after my vehicle was purchased. The service center did not answer the phone, I had to request my appointment on the website. They called the next day claiming to have no rentals available, I couldn’t bring my car in for the appointment that was scheduled online and that it would take 3 days for the issue to be fixed. Made it feel as though since the transaction was complete from the purchase, my concern was not important. Very disappointing to still have my paper tags and pay to get my brakes fixed when the service center didn’t want to assist with a customer with a vehicle that was just purchased from them. More
