While the Coastal Edition was at the top of my list I literally didn't think it was realistic that I'd find one, especially in Brittany Blue. Autos Direct did though, and with only 9500 miles! I had been shopping around for months so I knew there price was more than fair, but they were still able to improve on it a bit. I had my friend truck it up on one of his east coast runs, and they had no issue keeping it safe for a couple of weeks. Since I didn't visit the dealership, Alys answered all of my questions and sent me a treasure trove of detailed pictures. Of course they provided access to a free CarFax report. The trucking company told me they were polite and cooperative and that he would certainly consider buying a vehicle there. Some folks have griped about the "processing fee", and I'll admit it didn't thrill me either. But I probably encountered at least a half dozen dealers with processing fees of $1000 or more. I know from my extensive shopping that the Autos Direct price was as much as $4K below comparable vehicles, so an $1800 processing fee still made the car a great deal...or I would've never bought it! My personal experience with Autos Direct and especially Alys Acuna was quite positive, all the more impressive when you consider the purchase was made in absentia. They certainly did right by me so I'll give them two thumbs up! More

Devastating experience. Lies, deception, and disappointment. Needed 2 vans for my business. After a mediocre sales experience, I bought 2 vans. Aside from small squibles like bad tire sensors I was ok with the vehicles. Then after one emission cycle on each vehicle, BOTH vans had check engine lights come on. One with a catalytic issue, the other with particulate filter and crankcase ventilation issues. At first they stated they'd take take of it, and kept one van for almost 2 months. Eventually I got it back, and again one emission cycle later the check engine lights were back on. Now they ghost me, and refuse to call back. The GM said he'd pay for the rental while the repair was getting done, now mysteriously he's not responding. This is a profoundly bad experience and is on the verge of putting my company out of business. I just want them to make it right, and do what they say they will. One of the standout features of my experience was the extended test drive I was able to arrange for about eight hours. This opportunity allowed me to truly assess whether the Escalade would fit in my garage and if it suited my needs. It was a thoughtful touch that demonstrated the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. I was also trading in my 2016 GMC Yukon, which turned out to be a straightforward process. Despite the fact that my Yukon had been involved in a few accidents, the trade-in value offered was competitive, and Moh worked diligently to make the deal mutually beneficial. If I had to express a concern, it would be regarding the financing process. While I was fortunate to have pre-qualification through my credit union, I realized that many buyers might not be familiar with how car loans work. I recommend that anyone considering a vehicle purchase shop around and not rely solely on dealership financing. For instance, I was able to negotiate my interest rate down from 8.2% to 5.79% simply by having multiple banks compete for my business. It’s crucial to be aware that initial rates are often negotiable and to understand that banks are in the business of making money. At the end of the day I did use the dealerships financing since they offered the lower rate, it just took some back and forth to get there. Overall, my experience at Autos Direct was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
