We are never happy to hear when a client is less than completely satisfied with one of our vehicles. We do the absolute best we can to disclose any and all deficiencies we find during our inspection, and our 100% feedback rating speaks for itself. Unfortunately, when a pre-owned vehicle is taken to a repair facility, many times the repair facility will take advantage of our clients, informing them of various mechanical issues that may or may not be needed. This is the main reason that our organization strongly recommends a third-party inspection be performed PRIOR to purchasing, so that our clients can feel comfortable, knowing they are buying a quality pre-owned vehicle, just as the other 150 vehicles per month we sell are. We wish there was a way everyone could be instructed to have pre-purchase inspection completed, in order to avoid being coerced by less than reputable repair facilities.
