I was looking for a 2005-06 Honda crv and had only been searching big dealerships. When I did find something I could tolerate they offered so little on my trade in I refused the deals. I kept seeing nice looking crv's on Autotrader from Autos Direct Online, but initially had been hesitant because I wasn't sure I could trust an independent dealer and also thought that for the listed prices there had to be something wrong with these vehicles. After four months of frustration I broke down and called ADO. I talked with Jeff Payne and told him I wanted a potential deal in place since I had to drive 100 miles to see the car. Jeff was great. He worked with me, inspected the car and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. We negotiated a price and a trade in for my vehicle (much more than any other dealer offered) on the phone. When I got there the next day I was surprised that everything Jeff described about the 2006 Honda crv was true. It was the nicest looking, cleanest, and lowest listed price vehicle I had seen. The tailgate hinge was broken and Jeff offered to have it fixed at no charge - no big dealer would offer that. I have had the vehicle for over a month now and can honestly say I would deal with ADO again. More

I came across this website & saw the prices and the shape the vehicles were in. I could not believe my eyes. I drove over to the location to look at a van that I was interested in. I put the money down and came back the next week to pick it up. There was a scuff on the bumper that was not there when we looked at it. They fixed that, as well as the motor on the back windshield wiper. The price of the van never changed. The van looks new & I was so excited that I had my dad go online to look at the inventory. Just when he found one he liked, it sold while he was looking. If you see one you like, give them a call to put a hold on the car/van. The prices are so amazing that they sell that quickly.
