Both fees are Dealership has fair pricing on their vehicles but try to charge an additional fee like freight (a new car expense) and MSI fee of 1,995. Tried to get then to fix the check engine light while under warranty, their solution was to just reset the light. Came on a week later, took it back and of course the warranty was expired at the time, manager who i had spoke with the first visit lied right to my face and said that i hadn't brought it back and they had no record of any issues. In 1 year of a truck with only 50k miles, I've replaced the fuel pump and now the engine as it blew up while driving down the highway. They also told me when bought they would fix all the other issues for free which were quite a few. Cd player/nav broke, 2 window motors are dead, and the electronics for the heated/ac seats and driver memory buttons are fried. Also they true to sell my brother a dodge ram that had been repaired after a front end collision, looked him right in the face and said "i don't buy xxxx cars, this had never been crashed" bring us a carfax that of course is clean, no record. All the information on the paper was exact EXCEPT the vin number. The carfax we pulled up online showed 1 front end crash reported, after he was busted his attitude changed and he brought us the correct carfax which took less time to retrieve then it would to have printed. Which tells me he knew exactly what this truck was and was just trying to pass it off to some idiot who wouldn't check vins, and i know he sold it. I can could add so much more about them but unfortunately writing this is giving me a head ache from remembering THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD buying a vehicle. I would not trust them to sell me a Hotwheel toy car More
Watch out for these guys!! Stay away The price they have listed is not the price of the auto. The advertised price includes a $2,000 down payment, which mean the auto is over priced when The price they have listed is not the price of the auto. The advertised price includes a $2,000 down payment, which mean the auto is over priced when you add that amount back in. I look at a truck and checked Blue book. The advertise price was $500.00 below Blue Book. I figured it was a fair I could work with that until they tell me it includes $2,000 down payment!!! What?? you advertise the price lower assuming the amount of down payment!! That makes the auto price $1,500 more than Blue Book. Very underhanded and a waste of time. Please review yelp and other reviews you will see plenty of issue with these guys. More
Good place to pay too much I've been to this dealership a few times over the past several years and the one thing that hasn't changed is the volume of vehicles and the height of I've been to this dealership a few times over the past several years and the one thing that hasn't changed is the volume of vehicles and the height of their prices. On multiple occasions they were 3 or 4 thousand over book value! It's a wonder they stay in business. I understand they need to make a profit, but do they need to make 10k in profit on one deal, no... More
