Took my Golf GTI for its 1st service and radiator recall fix, got the car back and a few weeks later had major coolant leak and not sure if this was due to the previous service but drop off the car for the fix, got the car back and a few weeks later had major coolant leak and not sure if this was due to the previous service but drop off the car for the repair again. The account manager was nice and friendly but the waiting room/location wasn’t appealing. Was not given a rental car nor a courtesy uber/lift ride More

It was good to see that with the ownership change, the service advisor I've known and worked with for years - Bobby - is still there. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I trust him totally and the res service advisor I've known and worked with for years - Bobby - is still there. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I trust him totally and the result is a car running great with almost 200K miles! More
