Took my Golf GTI for its 1st service and radiator recall fix, got the car back and a few weeks later had major coolant leak and not sure if this was due to the previous service but drop off the car for the fix, got the car back and a few weeks later had major coolant leak and not sure if this was due to the previous service but drop off the car for the repair again. Jackie and Jacob were great to work with. We just bought an ID4 (a cancellation by the original reservation) and Jacob was so sweet (without it feeling fake :-)) to our entire family, before/during and even an ID4 (a cancellation by the original reservation) and Jacob was so sweet (without it feeling fake :-)) to our entire family, before/during and even after the sale. My husband had a lot of hard questions and he handled them like a pro. Our daughter is three and hard to entertain and finance brought her crayons and a coloring book to give us more time to get through the process (very thoughtful). I suppose there is competition for the ID4s that come in and while a competing agent made us feel awkward to be there Jacob handled him with grace and made us feel wanted despite to awkward comments made to him by the agent. We can’t thank him enough for his hard work, and general nature. More

I wanted badly to like Bob Baker VW. They had the car I wanted so even though my sales guy broke off my gas cap and it was over a month long process to get that fixed I still did not really complain. Yes, wanted so even though my sales guy broke off my gas cap and it was over a month long process to get that fixed I still did not really complain. Yes, they let me drive a $30k vehicle off the lot with a broken gas cap by their own error. Their service department was a joke. Super rude and did not even fix the issue in full. Fast forward to about 90 days after purchase of my vehicle, my car STOPS mid driving and I have no clue what happened. It is a new car and if stopped driving in the middle of the road on a random Saturday afternoon. Thank god I was not on freeway and did not have my three small children in the car. I call triple A and they say the car is unsafe to drive. I was unable to reach bob baker for two days. When I did reach them they told me to “call VW for a tow”. I call VW and they make me pay over 100 to tow it to a VW dealership. I do not take this car to bob baker because it would have been over 600 for the tow. They stated they would not pay for the tow. After spending over 30k on my vehicle less 3 months ago. Anyways, I drop off off and the inspection states my batter was not good and there seemed to be evidence of “rats”. So if it’s “rats” I will have to shell out over 2k and if it’s not the factory warranty MAY cover the repair. I called bob baker to ask them what to do and they say, “rats happen”. Mind you, I do not live in an area with rats, no other car around me has this issue where I live and park my car. My car is in a sanitary location all times and I drove the car daily. Bob Baker sold me a piece of crap most likely did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle when sold and is now washing their hands clean of the issue and taking no accountability. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will scam you hard. Sorry, I usually do not post such negative review but this is ridiculous the way these people do business. You would get more responsiveness and professionalism from 3 years old running a car dealership. More

They were hands down the fastest, most A to B, professionals and unpushy dealership my husband and I ever dealt with!
