I got an incredible deal with no last minute hiccups and Lisa even drove the car up to Los Angeles and picked up my old car so I didn't even have to step foot in a dealer. My experience at Autonation VW in Carlsbad was so excellent that I will no longer take my car anywhere else for service. Will showed the utmost kindness and excellent customer service that I did not excellent that I will no longer take my car anywhere else for service. Will showed the utmost kindness and excellent customer service that I did not think possible at a car dealership. He was able to diagnose the issue with my Jetta and have it fixed same day. I was kept updated by text throughout the diagnosis/repair process and Will was honest about pricing. When my car was ready for pick-up, he sent a Lyft to get me to the dealership. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish! More
