We would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We purchased a used 2012 Lincoln from the Bell Road Autonation in Phoenix earlier this month. We didn't realize a couple issues until the following day but when we called back to discuss the issues with the dealership, we were told our sales rep would call us back on his next working day (2 days later). Keep in mind they provide a 5-day return policy so that puts us into day 4 by the time we actually get to share the issues with our sales rep (Isaac). You can't speak with the manager on duty because that isn't your sales rep's manager and they work the same days, so you have no choice but wait. The vehicle's brakes were squeaking, both key fobs needed new cases and there was a leak that we wanted checked out. When we were able to discuss it with Isaac (sales rep), he brought it to his manager, Roger and he was informed that they would have it looked it and they would try to get us into a dealership closer to our home. We made the appointment at the Autonation near us and took it to them on the 5th day. We had been informed by Isaac that they would have notes on the vehicle & it would be approved to be looked at/repaired. When we got to that appt, We were told there were no notes and that they would have to order parts to do the repairs therefore, we would be past the 5 days. We then decided to take it back & get the repairs done at the Bell Rd location or we were returning it for a full refund. They agreed to make the repairs and we had to leave the vehicle. We understand parts take time to get and were told we would have it back on Monday or Tuesday and because of the inconvenience they would deliver it to us. It was finally delivered to us Wednesday evening. The frustration comes mostly in how the dealership runs their business. Only your sales rep can assist with anything related to your sale and we believe this is intentional on their part. It gives them a better chance of not having to provide the repairs because you would be past the 5-day return date. It probably also has to do with sales competitions between managers and their sales teams. It is a horrible way to do business and makes the customer feel like the whole experience is shady. Another key factor, no one follows up with you unless you ask/call/leave messages/text etc. but then again you are subject to waiting because they are off that day or with another customer. You never feel like you are the priority! It has been almost a week since the car was returned to us and now we can't get an invoice showing what was repaired on the vehicle. The whole experience was stressful, and we would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I was very pleased with the service I received from AutoNation. The sales man Mike was very helpful and they worked with me in getting a deal on my new forever car. We never purchased any used car from AutoNation before but we did experienced great service with this people I just mentioned. Ali’s attitude was not what We were expecting that day, he seems kind of not happy helping us as well his attitude so rude and not friendly at all. In the past years, we had been buying used cars and brand new ones as well and honestly we never had a person helping us in such bad mood as him, in our opinion everyone is equal but some people think they are the best humans on earth just because they are from another country or another ethnicity… nope it shouldn’t be like that. Legna from sales was great to work with, she listens to all my concerns and made sure I was happy with all the numbers. Had a bad experience with Finance team though, he was really upset that I didn't buy all my concerns and made sure I was happy with all the numbers. I bought a suv from them. The first real rain and the windshield they installed is leaking on the Sync system. They won't fix it. The NEW battery died in less than 30 days The first real rain and the windshield they installed is leaking on the Sync system. They won't fix it. The NEW battery died in less than 30 days and had to be replaced. The tires sensors are going out. I've only had the car for 2 and a half months. I would not recommend them. The Sync system died. My sales person was Legna. More
