AutoNation USA Phoenix is a decent dealership. This is the second time I went to this location. What can I say, they sell decent cars for a good price. I went in this time with a pre-approval f This is the second time I went to this location. What can I say, they sell decent cars for a good price. I went in this time with a pre-approval from my bank and was ready to get a car with that in hand. Larry was a great salesperson throughout the process. I felt like he was always working in my corner to make this deal work out. Since I was buying used, he made sure there was nothing I needed worked on with the car to add to the "We Owe". The only thing I found got put on the We Owe for them to fix. The pre-approval process was worked with Larry and Ed. These two put in the effort to make sure that I was able to get this deal done and they did it all FAST. If you are in need of a car. Find out if they have one for you off the website and then go in looking for Ed or Larry. They will take care of you. These two take care of you. More

Sold a car to this place as they advertise INSTANT CASH and I received a check that cannot be cashed. I have spoke to the dealership and they won't do anything to give me the cash as they keep telling me t and I received a check that cannot be cashed. I have spoke to the dealership and they won't do anything to give me the cash as they keep telling me the paper check they gave me that doesn't pay for anything is equal to cash. I lost my trailer and now homeless because I couldn't get the money but they clearly have my vehicle. This is consumer fraud and theft at this point. More
