Worst Experience Ever!! Horrible!! This deserves no stars but that's not an option. Worst place to buy a vehicle I suggest you go elsewhere, they messed everything up from De Horrible!! Worst place to buy a vehicle I suggest you go elsewhere, they messed everything up from Dereck Tschilar the salesman not handing me my signed documents at the end of my purchase and after running into problems because the service department filled up my oil with regular oil instead of diesel, he just simply told me he cannot help and that he is unsure why his GM Derek Miller wont pick up the phone nor call me back, he told me I was going to have to cover the fix on my own despite admitting that his service team was at fault. The person that detailed my car left the sunroof open and there was a leak in the interior (that is still there). To not registering my plates I got a 45 day extension a 30 day extension and now need another 30 day extension. From the start I worked with general manager Derek Miller and Derek Tschilar who showed no concern in helping me I called for 3 weeks asking to speak with him and on every occasion was told I would get a call back and never did, I had to take my car to a different shop to get the work done even though I purchased the highest quality of coverage. Every time you call no one answers you get re routed and no one there takes initiative. The turn around is horrible, just know if you buy your car and have an issue you are screwed. Same with your paperwork it will get "misplaced" or not processed. I have had a woman by the name of Dawn Beasley in the title company assisting with my registration and to find out NOTHING has been done!!!!! 3 months later!!! Oh and if you try to call a customer service hotline to raise concern, get clarity or complain, you will only get routed back because they are privately owned!! What a joke! I've purchased 6 cars and I have never been treated as poorly as I have here. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere they actually value their customers because they clearly don't here. I literally had to reach out to another AutoNation to get in contact with a manager that cared to then email the manager at this location to then finally get a response. Wow. I am still waiting on my tags. If you read all the comments that have a concern all that they do is tell you to call a hotline but guess what lol it routes you back to their store and when you ask to speak to the GM (Derek Miller) he isn't available, and trust me he isn't going to call you back. Save you time, patience, and money. Go somewhere they value your business and will be willing to step up to the plate. I ended up leaving a review online and I had someone that wasn't even involved in my purchase asking me what they can do to basically have me take down the review, I asked them to fix the sunroof and actually get me my xxxx plates all things that they should have done prior to my review, what I did ask that I felt was reasonable was for Derek Miller the GM to give me a call (since I haven't talked to him at all from the start of all of this, he still hasn't reached out to me) and for AutoNation USA to take care of my next monthly payment, for all of the time, patience and just all the awfulness that was brought along with having to deal with them. They did agree, once it came to sending me the check is where it got a little sticky as Derek Miller is unwilling to call me and is having his associate speak for him and told me that he is refusing to send the check until the review is removed. Which then just opened my eyes again to the fact that they just pay to have comments moved down and offer their new customers incentives for good reviews! More
