Dear Stacy,Went in to see one 9k car, was told you would have the keys ready for my test drive. Vehicle wasn't even at your store. So test drove one you said was 16k, decent unit, decent price. Your manag have the keys ready for my test drive. Vehicle wasn't even at your store. So test drove one you said was 16k, decent unit, decent price. Your manager then tells me that unit is now 19k and 23k out the door. Total xxxx show. Won't be buying from auto nation and neither will my family or friends if I have anything to do about it.
