We were told numerous times that Finance would be right with us "another 10 minutes" was the basic response, yet we waited 90 minutes. While I understand buyng a car takes time, don't tell us 10 minutes if that is not the anticipated wait time. When I expressed this to Eduarto he was condescending reminding me that buying a car is a lengthy process and if we didn't want to wait "we could leave". His tone pretty much said it all as did his demeanor while completing our paperwork. More
