Well, I bought a car here , it needs a bit of work, oil leak, I called made appointment with Ted in sales, he welcomed me in and immediately got my car assessed, brought Mike In service to me to explain is leak, I called made appointment with Ted in sales, he welcomed me in and immediately got my car assessed, brought Mike In service to me to explain issue , and we are making plan to get it repaired. While this sounds simple, it does not explain the terrible situation that I am experiencing, thus my less than stellar attitude regarding my car issue, but Ted’s professionalism and kindness really helped, then Mike went out of his way to get me an answer as soon as possible, as a whole really appreciated these guys. It’s this kind of treatment that will keep me coming back here! I will be to get another vehicle from here this year. More
