While this sounds simple, it does not explain the terrible situation that I am experiencing, thus my less than stellar attitude regarding my car issue, but Ted’s professionalism and kindness really helped, then Mike went out of his way to get me an answer as soon as possible, as a whole really appreciated these guys. It’s this kind of treatment that will keep me coming back here! I will be to get another vehicle from here this year. More

Extremely bad experience with the service department. At the time of purchase of my vehicle I was told that the windshield would be replaced but I needed to bring the vehicle back. The car salesman, Keon At the time of purchase of my vehicle I was told that the windshield would be replaced but I needed to bring the vehicle back. The car salesman, Keon, guaranteed me that the windshield would get replaced. I was reached out to by the service manager, Aaron, to bring in my vehicle in 2 weeks. Its been several months that I have been trying to get my windshield replaced and Aaron won't return my phone calls anymore. Keon, the salesman is aware of the issue and has done nothing to help me. Avoid this place, they aren't honest about something as simple as repairing a windshield I wouldn't trust them with anything else. More
