service on 7/31/23 was the most HORRIBLE experience of my life. Let all walk ins go ahead of appointments. Took 5 hours for simple oil change and tire rotation. Service Teck ignored me -- I had to seek him out. just shoved the invoice at me -- and siad Card? It had a $10 mistake in their favor.
