Your service department is very friendly and courteous. This time I had to wait 1. Well, unfortunately, after many years of being a Toyota customer, this is my first bad review. After waiting for over 2 hours (since 5:30 pm) and the service dept had already closed, it was discovered tha customer, this is my first bad review. After waiting for over 2 hours (since 5:30 pm) and the service dept had already closed, it was discovered that I had been forgotten. It was discovered that the initial tech who took my keys forgot to add me/my vehicle to the service list when I arrived. Fortunately, 2 employees noticed I was still waiting so they went straight to work with an excellent attitude. I am not pleased that I was forgotten and had to wait nearly 3 hours but I am very pleased with the employees who stepped up, voluntarily stayed late to work on my vehicle and did a great job of taking care of me. We are human and we make mistakes so I will not be pursuing a complaint. I just wanted you to know that you have excellent employees who are alert, care and did a great job when they noticed something was wrong. More
