I showed up for my appointment and was told they cannot look at it right now but if I want to leave my vehicle with them for a few days, they’ll get around to it. Why did I make an appointment? Very disappointed w this service experience. My caution light came on for my Toyota. So I brought the car in for service. The rep told me I needed routine maintenance. But I asked why did My caution light came on for my Toyota. So I brought the car in for service. The rep told me I needed routine maintenance. But I asked why did the caution light come on? I agreed to the maintenance, paid over $600 and the. The next day the caution light came on again! What happened! Why couldn’t they find out WHY the caution light was on the first time I brought the car in? Also- the interior of the vehicle was dirty, black handprints on the door and no car wash, no interior “wipe down” as advertised. “Each car is sanitized”. Ha! Very disappointed More
