It was very easy to make an appointment for the time and date I needed. I arrived on time and was greeted in a kind and friendly manner. I used the restroom which again was very clean and well maintained. The charges for service had been explained at the service desk so there were no surprises at checkout. The line one has to wait to pay your bill is just a line they don’t acknowledge you and everyone is on the phone, I don’t get that, you would think they would want your money:( Labor and cost is highly very expensive….the only good experience they have is the the courtesy van!!!
