Not as good as I would hoped for. Went for an oil change and tire rotation but only got the oil change. When I arrived I was pleased to hear that I would get to see a video of what th Went for an oil change and tire rotation but only got the oil change. When I arrived I was pleased to hear that I would get to see a video of what the technician saw. Unfortunately that video was of the tech picking up the work order and pointing at my vehicle saying it was done. I also requested a belt change and would have been happy to see the old one compared to the new. When I informed my service advisor of the video, his response was some techs just make videos. Well ok. Also after I left, I was texting the advisor about the tire rotation I did not receive. They had to review their video to find that the tech didn’t rotate the tires. Well ok. I was refunded for the tire rotation but never once in either of the interactions was there an apology. I would’ve expected something like “I do apologize for the inconvenience” or I apologize for the silly video my tech made. Our team needs to get on the same page on the expectation of the video”. Nothing like that at all. Just “some techs make just videos” and “you want to come back to get the rotation or you want a refund?” I guess my expectations are too high. More
Made an appointment at 9a for tire rotation and brake flush and waited at dealership. Service was not completed until 4p. Ridiculous! What was the point for making an appointment. Vehicle was not due flush and waited at dealership. Service was not completed until 4p. Ridiculous! What was the point for making an appointment. Vehicle was not due for an oil change, needed 5k more miles and they did an oil change! Also, could have been done at 3p, but was never called until 4p. Not taking my Toyota for service there again. This has happened twice on waiting practically all day! More
I brought my 2021 Sienna in for the 30,000 mile service and told them I’m from out of town and had driven about 2,000 so far with another 1,300 miles ahead of us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we got and told them I’m from out of town and had driven about 2,000 so far with another 1,300 miles ahead of us. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we got back to our home out of state, that I realized , only part of the service was completed. I received an oil change and throttle body clean - which I knew I didn’t really need but whatever, but didn’t get the tires rotated or any of the filters changed. I inspected my filters and they were nasty so I went to my home dealership to do the inspection and tire rotation and I bought all the air filters and install them. I did get a refund but what a big oversight considering I told them about how many miles I’ve been driving and how many more I had a head of us. It made me feel like they didn’t care because I’m from out of town. More
