They replaced my mirror with a black one for my Red Corolla and I was told to get it painted myself. It took hours to understand where the mixup was from. Then I came for an oil change and was offered Corolla and I was told to get it painted myself. It took hours to understand where the mixup was from. Then I came for an oil change and was offered a deal with additives, a buy1-get1 free wiper and alignment. I trusted that I needed all that. I came home and the wiper flew off. I looked at the almost $200 bill and no alignment was done. So how can an oil change and wipers - that fly off- cost $195? More

It simply takes too long to get simple service. I was there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc that I had pre paid when I bought my vehicle. I can get the same service else I was there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc that I had pre paid when I bought my vehicle. I can get the same service elsewhere in less than 30 minutes. Very frustrating. More

Waited 2-3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. After receiving the car, alignment was out. What happen to multi-point inspection? Didn't leave dealership till close to 3pm. Following week, I had to get car towed to dealership because coil wasn't working correctly or defective or gave out and the vehicle wasn't running right. I was advised by service advisor that coil was covered by the extended warranty. It's been close to a week and i have not heard of the timeframe on when I will get by vehicle back. After 5 days, I should have idea on the progress, rather than chasing to get an answer. At this moment of time, I have no confidence with this dealership. If you get your tire rotated, please check all the lug nuts or you might be missing a few. More
