Service Advisor, Mary Jo (Jo Jo) was professional and courteous even at 6:00 a.m. She offered additional services that would compliment the work I was requesting be done to my 2020 4 Runner. When the job was completed, she telephoned and left me a message and additionally sent me a text. The courtesy driver who took me home and picked me up later had such a great sense of humor and made the travel time pass by pleasantly. More
I had my 2021 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change. While my truck was on the lift, another service technician back up another Tundra into my truck. I had to bring my truck back so they can do a damage While my truck was on the lift, another service technician back up another Tundra into my truck. I had to bring my truck back so they can do a damage assessment. Then I had to schedule an appointment with the body shop so they could actually do the work. Needless to say I was upset about all my the time and gas being wasted driving back and forth to the dealership. My truck finally got worked on and I was told it would be ready at 5pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and was informed by the service manager that the truck was painted the wrong color white. The service manager goes to the body shop to get the truck put back together. I was informed that I would need to schedule another appointment date so I can get my truck fixed. After about 10mins the service manager calls from the body shop says the truck was painted the correct color and everything is good to go. At about 6pm service manager finally pulls up in my truck and it is completely wet. They had wet the truck down but did not dry it. I had the service manager dry off the bumper so I can visual check the paint job. The paint job was not very good, still had swirl marks and needed to be buffed out. When I took a step back I could see that the color was actually the not correct color as previously stated by the service manager. I informed the service manager that the paint color was not correct so he had me pull the truck out into the sunlight. Now you could see the paint color difference even more. My truck had to stay an additional day at the dealership to be repainted. I finally left at 6:30pm. They called my about 4pm the next day to let me know my truck was ready for pick. The paint job was a lot better this time around. The service department topped of my gas and detailed the inside of my truck. I did appreciate that but was still very dissatisfied with my experience here. I have had several issues with this service department in the past. I have brought up the issues to the service director and even contacted Toyota customer service number. I have made a request to speak with the General Manager of the dealership, but have not been contacted. Unfortunately the next Toyota service department is 30 miles down the road compared to this one which is 4.5 miles. Based on my past experiences it may be worth driving the extra miles. More
Great on time maryjo. Awesome. But when I picked it up , took a few minutes for someone to greet me. Oh forgot had new wipers put on and the right one is still dragging no Awesome. As soon as I drove in and was warmly greeted by Beatta - I was at ease w my decision to have my car serviced at the dealership. Eric Crosthwait was my service advisor.
