I went to the service center in the later afternoon on 10/07/22. Expecting to make an appointment for service for the next day. I have bought two new vehicles from Autonation Toyota and serviced with them for over 10 years. I have always experienced good service. When my vehicle is serviced, most of the time I wait in the lobby. A fe serviced with them for over 10 years. I have always experienced good service. When my vehicle is serviced, most of the time I wait in the lobby. A few times I have used the shuttle service and that works great, also. All the reps are very helpful and friendly. They could improve in one area. When taking in the vehicle sometimes customers are bunched up by the entrance and there are 6 or so reps to check them in. It is confusing who is next or which rep is available. There is no line or a way to make a line. Everyone just stares at each other, and it makes the wait uncomfortable. I have heard people complain and seen people get irritated before they are called. Often, we are in the way of other people coming in or leaving and people picking up their car. It would be great to take a number and be called instead of waiting all bunched up like cattle. Once I was traveling and had a tire blow out in Houston.
