I had an appointment at 2 pm for just an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes before 2 and was met by what I later found out was just a greeter. Thought I was waiting for the technician. I then had to wait behind someone that drove up behind me. When I finally got waited on by a technician, I was told it would be about a two hour wait. When I originally called to make the appointment I was told then I could just bring it in but it would be about a two hour wait. So what was the purpose for making an appointment if walk-ins don't have to wait until an appointment is taken care of first? Also there was only on technician and a technician in training available. Was disappointed in the whole process. You are lucky I even gave you a 3 rating! More

I went to the service center in the later afternoon on 10/07/22. Expecting to make an appointment for service for the next day. I spoke with Art in the service center and was surprised he was able to wor 10/07/22. Expecting to make an appointment for service for the next day. I have bought two new vehicles from Autonation Toyota and serviced with them for over 10 years. I have always experienced good service. When my vehicle is serviced, most of the time I wait in the lobby. A fe serviced with them for over 10 years. I have always experienced good service. When my vehicle is serviced, most of the time I wait in the lobby. A few times I have used the shuttle service and that works great, also. All the reps are very helpful and friendly. They could improve in one area. When taking in the vehicle sometimes customers are bunched up by the entrance and there are 6 or so reps to check them in. It is confusing who is next or which rep is available. There is no line or a way to make a line. Everyone just stares at each other, and it makes the wait uncomfortable. I have heard people complain and seen people get irritated before they are called. Often, we are in the way of other people coming in or leaving and people picking up their car. It would be great to take a number and be called instead of waiting all bunched up like cattle. Once I was traveling and had a tire blow out in Houston. When I went to the dealership in Houston, they were very organized. More
