I had an appointment at 2 pm for just an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes before 2 and was met by what I later found out was just a greeter. Thought I was waiting for the technician. I then had to wait behind someone that drove up behind me. When I finally got waited on by a technician, I was told it would be about a two hour wait. When I originally called to make the appointment I was told then I could just bring it in but it would be about a two hour wait. So what was the purpose for making an appointment if walk-ins don't have to wait until an appointment is taken care of first? Also there was only on technician and a technician in training available. Was disappointed in the whole process. You are lucky I even gave you a 3 rating! More

I went to the service center in the later afternoon on 10/07/22. Expecting to make an appointment for service for the next day. I spoke with Art in the service center and was surprised he was able to wor 10/07/22. Expecting to make an appointment for service for the next day. I spoke with Art in the service center and was surprised he was able to work me in. I waited for about an hour or so and they had me on my way. This was a faster service than I ever had there.
