I only visit for service anymore, you really just feel like a number to them anymore. Not quite like it was years ago when it was under the previous dealership name, they seemed to be a bit more customer like a number to them anymore. I live is San Antonio, but I had a big issue on ouir 4Runner while in Corpus. All the warning lights when crazy and the car would not exceed 50 mph. I couldn't get back home in that condition. I took our 4Runner to Autonation for an "unscheduled" service. Art there was amazing. It was passed 1pm and Art was still able to get the car into the shop for a diagnostics. That along was great, because he initially talked about keeping the car overnight for the technician to review in the morning. Art understood that I was trying to get back to San Antonio that day. So after a couple of hours waiting Art came up and said the technician found the problem and after another hours of work, the car was fixed. All under 3 1/2 hours and no scheduled service. WOW! I am grateful to Art and the technicians at AutoNation to their great customer service, and yes, I was back home in San Antonio that same day. Crazy! Thanks again AutoNation. More
