I've already voiced my issues to the manager over the phone yesterday. I went for an oil change after an 1hr and a half 1 went to see what was taking them so long.. I figured if I had made an appointment why are other people that came after me are leaving. I found the employee that did my check in when I arrived he said he was going to find out were is my car. He came back and told me someone made a mistake and they were doing diagnostics on my car because of an issue the customer said wich I am the customer and I didn't ask or said that. I don't want to believe if I would of waited longer I would of had a list of detail bill of unnecessary costs that was added. In conclusion what a waste of time. I got a call and multiple emails about buying my car online went for an oil change. More

I took my car in for a 5 point check, tire inspection & came home with no windshield wiper fluid & a coolant leak… I was told that my Toyota Care had expired & that wasn’t true… & I have also paid for an e came home with no windshield wiper fluid & a coolant leak… I was told that my Toyota Care had expired & that wasn’t true… & I have also paid for an extended warranty (platinum) I’m sure that the Platinum covers two more oil changes… The least they could have told me about the coolant Leak & they didn’t… I’m wondering if anyone even looked at my vehicle at all. More
