I had a very bad experience at this dealership. They changed their story about what my vehicle needed every time we spoke for the first few times. They blamed bad technicians. I will say, I had to argue for two days to have them remove a part that I didn’t order, didn’t need and didn’t help my problem. Finally JoJo came through and got me a refund. By that time though, the relationship was destroyed. I still have the same problem but I’m going to find a dealership out of town to help me. I will not go back to this dealership. More

I went in for an oil change yesterday an it was the quickest it’s ever been. I was pleased that the oil change and tire rotation plus checking other routine things only cost me an hour of wait time but I was unhappy that even with an appointment I had to wait 15 minutes to be checke checking other routine things only cost me an hour of wait time but I was unhappy that even with an appointment I had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in.
