Customer service was rude and acted as the customer was a burden to interact with after standing waiting to be helped for 5 minutes. Once I was directed to my service person and reviewed the details of service was told it would be 1 hr and 30 minutes. Mind you this is with an appointment made online early in the day. I had to call 3 times to find out when my service would be completed. No answer the first couple of times. Once there was an answer then my direct question of when my vehicle would be ready was not answered until I put them on the spot. After having to hear about there back log issues. Finally I was told that I could pickup my vehicle 20 minutes before the store closed for the day. More
Had my truck serviced here at Auto Nation Toyota in Corpus Christi. This is a five star dealership. My service advisor was Clint. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. When I came in for service I asked a question about my door locks. Without hesitation the service rep said I had to take that up with Subaru as he did not know.
